Neotel Strandfontein opportunity

"Not sure if this was posted already, but I read in our community newspaper about a new development that was completed in Strandfontein... I think 'On the Bay' or something like that. There were loads of complaints about Telkom not being able to supply the 200 odd new houses with a telephone because there weren't cables in that area. People were mad and went to Telkom stores and everything....in the end nothing!

Isn't this an opportunity for Neotel with their wireless service?"
