New Owner for Neotel News Blog

Hello to all the fellow readers.

Some of you have been with this blog since Linoman started it. Through many times it has had its ups and downs. At times not updated for months on end.

It is with immediate effect that Linoman has transferred this blog to me. As he no longer has the time necessary to keep it up to date.
