No reply from Neotel Rep

Still no reply from the Neotel rep from Myadsl, regarding answering specific questions.

Quite a let down, hopefully we will still get a reply.

    Let me warn you to steer clear from Hell!!! Reseach all the comments by us poor idiots who gave them a chance and now suffer constant disconnects and no response.

    I've terminated my account with them after over a year of hell. They claim that I owe them R5k for a NeoFlex account that I never opened or received a router device for. I'm trying my best just to get a response out of them. Check out all the complaints on hellopeter.com for NeoTel. Truly, this is a company with the shining ability to FAIL.

    Hi there neotel plz cut your pricing on the neoflex pacage. Im very happy with the service and it works awesome for my online games, but it is way too expensive for us all, and we would like a price cut. Plz guys wake up and listen to your customers, dont be idiots. You could've owned the internet in SA,but you are just letting us down. How dissapointing...

    Hi Neotel I just wanted you guys to know that i like your service and the neoflex is working great, but in this new age 5gig a month isn't enough anymore, and i just want to have the neoflex in uncapped data. I can promise you that you wll get millions of supporters if you launch a uncapped data neoflex package, because alot of people is tired of telkom and capped data and they would like to get better uncapped deals.
