After playing around with the port settings and config I found the best way to get optimal use out of Skype is to use the port/s I requested to be opened as Incoming Connections. Port number does not matter as the Port I am using now is no where near the Default Recommended port for Skype.
1. Enter your Port for Incoming Connections.
2. Uncheck the Ports 80 and 443 used for alternative connections.
Voice to Voice is fantastic, better than I had it when on ADSL.
Video to Video is still a little shaky but then again I am on the NeoConnect Lite Package

This is interesting. I'd love to see more details on this as more and more people get on to the network. Skype is something I use a lot and I'm dying to drop Telscum. Skype is one of the things we use a lot of.
